Those of you who have been playing X3: Albion Prelude for some time, and have been waiting for a fix for the performance issues experienced after extensive play, need wait no longer. We have also taken this opportunity to make some related performance optimisations, and to fix a number of bugs reported in the initial release.

Those of you playing X3: Terran Conflict will be pleased to know that we've back-ported some of the most important bug-fixes from X3: Albion Prelude, along with a number of the performance improvements.

For STEAM users, both games should update automatically provided your Steam client is configured to do this. For everyone else, the patch for X3TC is available in our Download area.

Today I have updated the old (and tired) station pages for X3TC. Over time the pages have gone through a number of style and formatting changes but werent updated to use the new formats. This meant the X3TC station pages were hard to read. However now they should be much easier to follow:



I have also moved all X-Games tables to away from the main ones. It started with just a few tables (to support X3), then few more (X3TC) until now with 10+ tables (X2, X3, X3TC, X3AP etc). Basically they needed their own section. Please let me know if you see any broken pages on any of my x-sites.

On the 15th of January 2012 the competition will close. People who have posted the text above will be written onto a small piece of paper, then put into a box. One person at random will be drawn from the box.

The lucky person will be contacted by me (via email) to check they are there. After-which another email will be sent with the Terran War Pack code. If you dont reply to my first email within a few days, then another person will be selected at random from the box.

I have just 1 copy to give away, so I want make sure its going to a good home. You will need a steam account to redeem the code and PC to play both games. The winner will also receive a boost to their level on this site, allowing them to blog about their experiences in X3TC and/or X3AP.
